Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using Jema Cards (operated by iPaha Ltd, 71–75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Jema Cards provides a digital identity platform and associated NFC card hardware. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Your account

  • You must be 18 or over to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • Usernames must be unique and may not impersonate another person or brand.
  • Usernames on the reserved list cannot be claimed (admin, dashboard, etc.).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Jema Cards to:

  • Post unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content
  • Impersonate any person or organisation
  • Transmit spam or unsolicited communications
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent the platform
  • Violate any applicable UK or international law

5. Billing and payments

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
  • One-off payments (Standard plan) are non-refundable once the NFC card has been dispatched.
  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • Premium NFC card add-ons (£59.99) are non-refundable once dispatched.

6. NFC cards

  • Cards are manufactured and dispatched by iPaha Ltd from London.
  • Estimated dispatch time is 2–3 working days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • iPaha Ltd is not liable for postal delays or lost items once dispatched.
  • Lost or damaged cards can be replaced; contact support for options.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of all content you add to your profile. You grant iPaha Ltd a licence to store, display, and transmit this content as necessary to provide the service. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the Jema Cards platform.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iPaha Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
